Description
正常なリザルトセットと同レベルの XML ファイルの内容を加える (それは <root> 直下になります)

string $file - ファイル名

mixed $xpath - either a string with the XPath expression or an array with the keys "xpath"=>XPath expression and "root"=>tag/subtag/etc, which are the tags to be inserted before the result.

This function can not be called statically.
